Health Trainers offer support and advice to clients who want to make a change to their lifestyle, in the following areas:
- Weight Management
- Physical Activity
- Healthy Eating
- Stopping Smoking
- Reducing Alcohol Intake
Health Trainers are a free and confidential service made up of local people who have been specifically trained to help you identify the changes that could improve your health and wellbeing.
Clients can have up to six sessions with their Health Trainer, who will help individuals develop their own Personal Health Plans and offer information about local services that can help them achieve their personal goals.
